got two fruit meads (melomel) going now.
one gallon and 2 liter batches.
strawberry mead and clementine mead. these will take a few months and i think they'll turn out great!

one gallon:
3 lbs clover honey
2 lbs frozen (are best!) strawberries
cuvee yeast
spring water
stabilizers.

here's the mead roughly 78 hr's after fermintation took off. will add strawberries in secondary. it may not look like it's doing much from this small image but i had recently stirred it to sink some foam. it's actually bubbling like mad!

will add ez cap after 7 days to make sparkling mead. this one will be clementine mead.
