Carbonation???

Hi, I was wondering if anyone out there can help me. My question is
will the finished product keep its carbonation after I transfer it to
another bottle? And if so, should i use a capper or will twist offs
be okay? And if not what can i do to keep the carbonation? And also
how long will the beverage stay carbonated? Thanks
