You might try using white grape juice (the frozen
kind) which I've had really good success with, and it
turns out very clear and fizzy. And nice flavor too -
not ""wine-y"" or anything. Use the high-pressure caps,
and ferment it with a half-cup of sugar or so. I
don't know if you could add extra flavors to it -
maybe some lemon extract, or something like that, to
give it a little fruity aroma. I've never tried it
that way, but I know that the white grape juice makes
a very nice, clear, refreshing drink.
