Re: [E-Z-Caps] Filtering wine

I've used a coffee filter but found it got clogged up quickly with sediment making the flow VERY slow.I thought it would work well but was not satisfied with the results.

I know you can filter wine using cheesecloth, but was wondering if anyone has ever used a coffee filter. I am wondering if there would be any chemicals in the paper filter that would affect the wine. What do you think?
