What is the Ideal Fermenting time for a beverage.. Is 7 days a great time... How long would you leave your beverage?

Dont you have spot that you can leave your fermenters at a more "ale" temperature?

Or are you banned from fermenting in the house?

5-7 days is great for a basic apple cider made from store bought apple juice. If you prefer dryer cider then taking it out to 10 days is also no problem.

Now, "ideal fermenting time for a beverage... that! depends on the beverage and the level of sweetness you prefer in your beverage. It also depends on the nature of your source must, or wort. (i.e the type of, "juice" you're trying to ferment.) It also depnds on the type of yeast thet you chose to use for your fermentation and as a previous poster tried to allude to, the temperature at which you are fermenting.

The EZ Caps System based on my experience of it, the accompanying instructions, and the various Company Rep responses in this forum, is based on the K.I.S.S! principle.

So, follow the advice in the instructions, then in subsequent brews, change a variable OR considering you should have about five caps, identify the common core elements in your brew then identify 4 different variables (e.g. 5, 7, 10, 14 days fermentation? fermenting at room temperature vs fermenting cool 12-15 deg C or warm 18-22 deg C? 4 different brands of apple juice, or grape juice, etc) that you'd like to change - the 5th being the stock standard recipe as a baseline; then analyse how the changes impact the flavour of your brews compared to the base recipe.
