Once you hydrate the yeast how is it best to add it to the juice or whatever else your fermenting?

if you have all your ingredients already in your fermenting vessel, then just pour it in and gently slosh it around for a minute or so to aerate. some like to hydrate, some do not. it's a simple step that usually starts fermentation quicker. i always do it. make sure you don't use liquid hotter than the yeast can tolerate. slightly warm is good.
