For other uses of EZ Caps

Did you know people use EZ Caps to make a variety of other things such as kefir, kombucha, compost tea, apple cider vinegar, and others?

Here's a special forum just for those uses. If enough interest exists, I will make sub-forums dedicated for each specific use.

Re: PayPal postage issues on website

Our apologies, but Australia is one of the few places we do not ship to.

Because Paypal does not allow merchants to exclude shipments by region, the only "workaround" is to make the shipping cost so high as to make it prohibitive.

Thanks for loving our product!

Re: Converting Recipes

Ah, so I guess a "rule of thumb" would be to prepare a recipe (say 1 gallon), then divide it into two, two-liter bottles. For a five gallon recipe I would divide it by 1/4ths, and buy more EZCaps. On older recipes it will say to "add ingredients to primary" then after a time &qu...

What I did was after picking and rinsing the fresh raspberries, I poured some water on them and slowly brought it to a boil, then once ...

Re: tasting

Good question. I usually point the cap down towards a glass or cup and use my thumb to gently press on the slit in the EZ Cap. Enough liquid will be released to get a taste.

Re: Tomato juice

Well... no, a bloody mary is vodka added to seasoned tomato juice, but you can make tomato wine. I've never done it myself but looking online I found several recipes that could be easily converted to use with EZ Caps.
