I actually drilled a hole in the top of a 1 liter soda cap then hotglued an ez-caps on top of it. The caps found on 1-liter Pepsi bottles fit perfectly on the tap-a-draft kegs. I have notice that you can usually drink half of a 2-liter bottle and still have a little carbonation left in the remainder...

Fermentation time

I started my first batch on 4/8 and it was Very active for the first 4 days. Now however it appears to have completely stopped and is starting to clear. Should it now be shaken and placed in the fridge or is there a specific reason for letting it sit the full 10 days? It has been in the 60's & 7...

I got my first kit on Wednesday and made a gallon right away. Very easy, I can't wait until it's done. Does anyone have or use one of those tap a draft systems? I'm thinking one would work well to make a few gallons with the ez caps & 2 liter bottles then transfer to the larger bottles for longe...

I can't wait to order several beer kits. In my opinion EZ-caps are perfectly suited for beer making and eliminate the normally high cost of entry for equipment.
