Using 48 Hour Turbo

Hi, I have a pack of 48 hour turbo. Instructions say do not use an airlock.
Suppsedly this yeast acts so fast it would blow water out of an airlock
anyone with experience using turbo on ezcaps ?

Hi Steve. This is my first attempt with the caps.. some questions: 1) are the caps reusable ? 2) it's winter approaching, and I don't have access to any area warmer than a consistent 60-64 degrees.
